In the footsteps of master glassmakers

In search of the hidden treasure of the 15th-century glassmakers, on
a wooded trail, sometimes wild and surprising, discover a page
of history in the mythical forest of Darney, in the hollow of the Ourche valley.

Walking tour

For the more adventurous, we offer a walking tour with information points
about this valley, which has been very active over the last few centuries.
The walking route is detailed below.

After your walk, you can eat at the picnic area opposite the museum. And why no
s you visit the Hennezel-Clairey museum? It is the only conservatory of traditional crafts in the Vôge forest, so don't miss it!
Six themed rooms illustrate five centuries of expertise and feature a variety of collections (more than
,000 objects, including a large collection of glassware), models, photos, tools, docu
, reconstructions, and more. : two rooms on glass, a room dedicated to François Théodore
Legras, a space on iron, a space on wood, a room on embroidery, and a room on the
Resistance in Vôge.
