Payment by check, cash, or credit card

A valid ID and a security deposit are required for all rentals (€900 by check or bank authorization). A helmet is included in the rental price. Parents must be present for minors.

For half-day rentals of standard electric bikes, no reservation is required; you can go directly to La Belle Forêt during business hours. During the winter season, please make a reservation in advance.

For same-day rentals of standard electric bikes, you must reserve your bike at least by 5:00 p.m. the day before to pick it up the next day starting at 9:00 a.m.

For all rentals of tricycles, tandems, bike taxis, and bike trains, reservations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
