It was in 1985 that our association A.D.P.3.P. (Association pour le Développement du Pays aux 3 Provinces) was born. Its aim was to bring together Vosges, Haut-Marne and Haut-Saône people and to promote the circulation of information across departmental and regional administrative boundaries through a newspaper.

L'Echo des 3 Provinces is a free newspaper that appears every two months (beginning of even months). Advertising inserts are sold to cover the manufacturing and the grants of the municipalities and communities of communes make it possible to ensure the distribution by Mediaposte.
