By deliberation of 11 September 2018, the elected members of the Community decided, in partnership with the Department, to set up a scheme to help promoters of tourist projects in the areas of accommodation, catering and leisure sites (creation and renovation works). The objective of this scheme is to support companies (micro and small entreprises, large companies, individuals, associations) in the Vosges department that invest in real estate for construction operations, extensions, improvements or renovations of a building and the associated costs. These projects must comply with the European regulations at the time of application. The aid takes the form of a grant paid to the applicant. In accordance with European regulations and following the analysis of the dossier, the amount of aid may vary from 0 to 30% of eligible expenditure with ceilings depending on the amount of work. The Department contributes 80% of the grant and the Community of Municipalities 20%.
