“Le Perchoir” is a small studio of 35 M3. Why “Perch”? Because it is located under the roof.

It is located above our Relais “La Pénardière”. Both accommodations pass through the same barn.

If you want to relax in the bathtub, you will enjoy the flames of the small Jotul stove, through the window. The wood stove heats the studio completely.

Because the studio is well energy insulated with wood wool and hemp/lime. You quickly get warm in winter and you won't fear the heat in summer.

The studio has a good internet connection.

Le “Perchoir” is ideal accommodation for short stays, e.g.: for hikers, cyclists, horse riders... If you are several people, you can rent “le Perchoir” with the “Relais la Pénardière” and/or our gîte “In the good old days” for a longer duration.
