Monthureux-sur-Saône
In the hall of the Town Hall of Monthureux-sur-Saône, are exhibited several Gallo-Roman funerary steles found at the entrance of the village, during the nineteenth century. The most interesting discovery remains a large stone of about 2.50 m x 1 m that carried an inscription and was deposited at the Epinal Museum.
They can be dated to the 1st century AD.
